I've asked about the dstv decoder that I've seen on TV advertised by somisi if the special is still on the lady who helped me was like bored she jst told me that all the decoders are 499 so I've heard ppl talking abt the one advertised so I thought myb they differ so I wanted to knw the difference so hey the lady was rude she evn forget to give me the change I had to wait for her to help another client whom they knw each other they had to chat first I waited with patience then after she gave me my change

Very rude staff,came here twice on different occasions, first I wanted to buy a phone but yoh...secondly I wanted to send package via paxi... Their staff just need to give other people with love of people, to help people.

I have been at this store at least twice in the past six months,the last of which was when I was looking for a Stress Ball for a relative who was recovering from a recent Stroke.I had been to at least twenty odd shops and pharmacies in a 150 Km radius with no success when I struck gold at this particular PEP.The price was so low it brought tears to my eyes.The same Ball cost me an arm and a leg back in Jhb in 2010 because Medical Aids was paying and the Hospital was milking it. While there,I took the liberty of using the ablution facilities (Toilets) of the mall.As usual I paids the two Buck fee to the lady dookeeper promptly went in.This lady does not care whether you sanitize or not before entering as long as you pay the fee.As always three of the vacant toilets were unflushed and big Floater rolled hapily in the Toilet Bowl,I wonder whose job it is to keep them clean.Since late 2019 there has not been Soap or Sanitizer in these Toilets on very regular basis and the excuse was that people in this area steal the Dishwashing Soap they use as handwash.For the first time in a long time ,there was Handwash by the Basin in the Toilets last week. This is an indication of very slack performance on the part of the owner of the Mall and I doubt he he ever uses these Toilets.Beside the Toilets, there are very commendable businesses such as Cashbuild, Spar the Pharmacy and the Total Filling Station. The Manager of Cashbuild seems to know what he's doing and he keeps the staff on their toes.

Pep store is so famous due to DSTV,data and air time. You can even send/ receive money there and cheaper as compared to other shops.
