This store has very few trolleys. In 2 years of shopping with them, I never had the luxury to carry my groceries with a trolley, I use hands and it is difficult to shop all my needs at once.

Mvundlela ,Mokwana and Matsimela by-the bakery were the highlights of my day.. best services,time efficient. I didn’t place an order but they made sure i get some.

Very poor. There was a power cut/loadshedding . But pnp lebowakgomo is not pro-active. Their generator took more than then minutes to start and it seems to me that they start it manually.the tills shuts down in less than five minutes after the power cut which suggests that they dont have an effective alternative backup for till’s except the generator that takes forever to start and restore power. After the power is restored the tills takes another 10minutes to restart and when they finally do, everyone had to empty our trolleys to get the items scanned again which made me spend 30 minutes at a till point. As it all happens there is no briefing by the management team to the customers to try and minimise the frustration, its just normal to them that customers must wait until everything is back to normal after more than twenty minutes. What frustrates more is that they don’t even allow those in a hurry to leave the store and save their precious time instead the shut the doors and subject people to their incompetence and mismanagement.

Very poor service. I'm extremely disappointed in what I witnessed at the store. Just imagine in such a deadly pandemic , most of the staff were not wearing masks and they didn't even care!! Even kitchen staff. How will we use what we bought freely knowing that there's no compliance to Covid-19 regulations? Customers walk in and out without being sanitized. We were made to wait outside for over thirty minutes during what was said to be operating hours and told that there's no manager that has arrived yet so they cant operate. Imagine!! When we got into the store it was so filthy all over. As if that wasn't enough, only two cashiers on tills with long lines during the festives and we couldn't even claim items on sale for whatever reason! Zero hygiene , zero compliance, poor management
