What a wonderful team and practice. Informative, welcoming and professional. 10/10, would recommend. They did a follow up on our kitten's sniffles as well just to see how its going and safe to say, she's happy and healthy

Truly lifesaving care — thank you, Dr. Van Tonder and team! Last week Friday, our cat Felix was in a terrible accident late at night. We called the after-hours number, and Dr. Van Tonder immediately answered and opened the clinic just to see him. Felix was in a really bad state, but the care, patience, and compassion we received were beyond words. Dr. Van Tonder took his time with Felix, even though it was late on a Friday night, and explained every step clearly so we understood what was happening. He literally saved Felix’s life — I honestly don’t think Felix would still be here if it weren’t for him. The team kept us updated daily on Felix’s condition and the costs, and they were always kind, transparent, and supportive. The staff was so friendly and caring, and the medication they provided worked wonders. Felix is now healing so well and on his way to a full recovery — all thanks to the incredible care we received. We are forever grateful. I can’t recommend this vet enough!

Groenkloof Vet in Riebeek Kasteel has become my go to vet since moving to the valley 3 years ago and I have only ever received exceptional service from Marchandt and Dr Heyns. Highly recommend them.

I took my Yorkie for a grooming, bath, grooming, toenails clip and was very much disappointed in the manner I received back my doggy, she has been shaved, but to say the least, not very wel. Her face was still covered with unwanted hair, her ears have not been trimmed, her snout hair was still long she did not had a bath, the groomer did not follow my instructions. I called the clinic and was told in a friendly manner to bring her back, unfortunately, she was bathed, her neck hair has been tapered neatly, but the snout and ears was still the same. I am grateful for the kindness of the receptionist, but I am not happy to say the least. It was traumatic for my dog to go back and that for absolutely no improvement. Please train your groomers better.

The people from Groenkloof are proffesional but very kind and patient as going to any vet is stressful. They took time to understand and guide with compassion.

I brought a stray pregnant cat in for a pregnant spay and all tje staff were amazing. They helped at a drop of a hat. They will operate tomorrow on Strawberry. Thank you for being so professional

I brought my young hen for a consultation as she had a persistent chest infection. Dr Van Tonder was very thorough in his examination and the medication that he had prescribed helpd her.
