Now, this people. They really know their stuff. Friendly professional service. Keep it up.

Staff are the best, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 100% recommended.

I had a great experience with Pet, Pool & Fire in Malmesbury. The store offers a wide range of quality products for pets, pool maintenance, and fireplaces, all under one roof. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to assist with expert advice, whether I was asking about wood for our fireplace or pet food for our cats. What stood out was their customer service – attentive without being pushy, and genuinely helpful. The shop is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need, and they seem to stock reliable brands at fair prices. It’s clear they cater to both everyday pet owners and more technical needs like fireplace maintenance. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, I’d definitely recommend stopping by for any pet, pool, or fire-related needs.

My first visit to the shop and what a positive surprize!! Petfood i've never seen before and a fire section that makes you want to braai!

Great selection of products. Especially like that you can bring your own containers to fill up with cleaning supplies. Service excellent!

The staff are really helpful an very friendly. Their price of products are reasonable. If your ever looking for something for your pools, pets or maybe braai things go to pet, pool and fire. You won't regret it
