If I could select zero stars, I would have. The Pet Shop Science stores in Durban suggested that I call the Shelley Beach branch to check if they have stock of the Regal Cat clumping litter. I called and was helped by a very friendly gentleman who confirmed that there was one bag in stock. There is currently a nationwide shortage of the Regal litter and I have a special needs cat who struggles with all other types of litters. I offered to pay for this 1 bag and asked if I could send my courier to collect. The kind gentleman offered to ask his branch manager and revert. The branch manager didn't have the deceny to call back himself. The other gentleman called to inform me that the branch maanger said: "NO". Really, for 1 single bag of litter that would offer the familiar comfort to a very special cat... I'm wondering how this person who has no compasion for animals, ends up being a branch manager for a pet store. Checkers, please do better with your management choices!!!!

Tons of stock and helpful friendly staff

The salesman we phoned told us he had the item but surprised to find out he did not know what we called for went in all the way to a totally unknowable salesman manager. Seriously people try to put experienced helpers behind your shop counters very disappointed in the lack off knowledge in that shop. Left empty handed and a waste of time trying to communicate with salesman. It's a small shop little knowledge needed to work there. Goodluck to the owner.

Went to get dog food at 6pm as the website says open til 8pm, drove all the way there just to find them closed? Please change your operating hours online.
