Incredible Service from the owner and his family🥹🙏🏻 They went out of their way to make sure we got the puppy we wanted. Very friendly, very kind, extremely generous and amazing prices ☺️😌 They were willing to help us after working hours to make sure we were happy customers. Definitely recommending them to anyone looking for a pet 😊.. Please pop into their store they've got a variety of animals😁

I am very shocked at owner and staff bad mouthing other shops to make them feel good. What satisfaction do they get. I was so disgusted about the things they said. So out of curiosity I visited the shop they were talking about. What lovely place. Beautiful, clean, lovely and healthy animals. Friendly people I felt very welcome. This will definitely be my pet shop I will never go to heavenly pets again It is absolute no way of doing business By spreading lies to other people. Please REMEMBER education starts at home. And jealousy makes you a nasty persone

This was such an awesome outing to Heavenly Pets in Meyerton. The staff are super friendly when we walked in a guid immediately helped us by showing us around, he asked if we would like to pet any of the animals, he shared interesting facts about almost every animal they own. Overall it's very clean and all the animals looks super healthy and happy to await they're new homes, I definitely recommend bring your family here even if it's just for an outing! They have a lot of pet supplies for dogs, cats and mammals. They own a lot of animals you won't see at any other regular pet shop like hairless mammals, Axolotls, puffer fish and sooo much more you just have to go and have look yourself!! Thank you to the staff being so friendly aswell you guys are doing an amazing job! 🫶🫶

This is a very good petqshop. The staff is friendly and you don't feel rushed. The only problem I face is that my heart broke when I saw a very sick puppy. The poor puppy was very bloated and you can that the puppy is not well. I highly recommend that they give their puppies and other pets a vet check because it is in my opinion cruel to let a dog that is visibly sick suffer and tell the new owners it is their own problem. Other than that, I definitely recommend visiting this petshop.

Extremely friendly and helpful Staff and Owner. Love our 2 healthy puppies we bought that was vaccinated and dewormed with their Vet certificates. They stock very good quality pet Food and products at very reasonable prices. We would recommend this pet shop to anybody.

Something is wrong with the kittens from this place. They are not well. This is more a warning than a review. I have bought 2 kittens from this pet shop in the last month, and both have passes. The first one the employee said the cat needed special care, I assumed dietary needs because it was very skinny. Night 3 the baby had a cluster seizure and passed. A week or 2 later my brother felt sorry for me and without my knowledge bought another baby from there. This baby was not old enough to be away from mom, so we bought kitten milk and have been feeding the baby. It was coming right. But this morning it passed away. And like other posts say and how the first kitten was, this kitten couldn't meow. Ps. They were definitely from different litters. Pps. I have 2 cats, one I raised from 2 weeks.

This petshop is the best. I go there regularly with my friends their animals are always happy, fed and well cared for. I honestly haven't seen a petshop that does so much.The people who works there are very caring of the animals and quite friendly.
