Went in quite late last night after 6pm. Amazing service from Keanu. Very knowledgeable and patient even though it was approaching closing hours. Thank you for always offering outstanding shopping experience.
Really good customer service. I mentioned I was annoyed having to come into the store to buy food because my online order (from 3 days prior) is still not dispatched. Assistant immediately heard & acknowledged AND then gave me a pretty cat bowl to say sorry for the inconvenience. And this wasn't even my regular branch. Such a cool guy engaged well with all the customers in the store at the time.
