HH Feeds

Useless at admin - dont reply in a timely manner (longer than 4 working days), also did not update their store location after they moved so I was driving around in circles, eventually finding it. The quality of their oat hay is also very inconsistent. I’ve bought about 15 bales over the past year, two of which were completely mouldy and had to be thrown out, and about 5 others were packed with some sort of weed that had these massive, horrible spikey seeds. Will never use them again as there is never any consistency.

HH Feeds provides the best customer experience I have ever received. Not just in the equine industry, in any industry. Every single person I interact with, from the owners to the drivers are friendly and helpful. The products are always of exceptional quality, communication is continuous and delivery times are always quick. Absolutely recommend HH Feeds for all your pet and equine needs!!

The experience I had at HH Feeds was a very good one. The location of the warehouse was very clean, well organized, and in a safe and easy to find area. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. Whether you're looking for hay, pet accessories, or items for your horse, I would definitely recommend HH Feeds.

Ordered Protein Feeds cat food on the 23rd of May 2024. Received an email on the same day confirming that the order is ready for collection. However, when I went to collect today, the 10th of June (2 weeks later), the food was not at the store. Only to be told I must now go to their express store and collect it. When did the customer become the one responsible for fixing your problems?

Excellent service, when I got home I only saw then the cat deworming pills are from 2024. hope when expired it still works 🤔

Been getting feed here for a while now. Staff are super friendly and super helpful, I have had a far better experience here at HH Feeds than with any of the other feed stores that are generally disorganised and unwelcoming. Happy customer 😀

Really not worth not the time or money. Second time now I have ordered stuff that they in fact, DO NOT have in stock. When I arrive to collect, they give me something else instead. So why was I able to order something that you don't have in stock?? Poor service, no one knows what's going on. You stand there waiting in an empty warehouse wondering if there's even anyone there.
