The lady who runs this shop is such a darling. She always gets my order ready and waited for me. They have amazing pet stuff in stock. Highly recommend.

I placed a large dog food order worth over R3000, and I’m honestly shocked at how it was delivered. No proper packaging, no box—just items dumped one by one at my front door like it was nothing. I’ve ordered from places like Takealot and Pet Heaven before, and they at least put effort into proper packaging. This felt like a complete afterthought. For such a large order, you’d expect at least one decent-sized box. Instead, it looked like I had to carry 40 individual pieces into my house—seriously? Do I need to spend R100,000 to get a basic box? To make matters worse, I requested to speak to customer service and was told their phone lines were bad, so they couldn’t take my call. That’s not a valid excuse—it’s just poor service. This whole experience has been a letdown. I’ll be returning to Pet Heaven where I’ve always received proper service and care. I regret placing this order and definitely won’t be buying here again. Unless you’re okay dragging every item inside one-by-one, I suggest shopping elsewhere.

Yesterday, I experienced extremely poor customer service at your store. As a long-standing customer, I was shocked when my call was ignored twice. On both occasions, the phone was answered but no one spoke to me. It felt as though my call was being deliberately avoided. If staff are unable to answer calls promptly, a voicemail message should be implemented. Due to this unacceptable treatment, I will no longer be shopping at your store.

The don’t follow their own opening hours that are published online. And when I went up to even check if there was a sign, the very old white woman inside shook her head and rolled her eyes very rudely. This was in the middle of the day. We weren’t even trying to communicate with her. Just looking in the windows. Apparently even that’s not allowed, even when they’re supposed to be open. Do not recommend.
