They are inactive, u must walk around looking 4 assistance.poor customer service Yesterday I bought 2 items & was also paying my account, I gave them items & my game card & requested to also pay my account, but they charged my items on cash. I only realized later when checking on my app. I am going there 2day 2 c if they can rectify, how can I buy cash when I have an account especially in January. M not happy at all, now it's another petrol back them.

The staff was not very helpfull at all, they were standing around on their phones and was more interested in the pink and white thing they were doing than trying to find a way to assist a customer.They lost R7K and I will never support them again.

Really bad customer service. The returns process for faulty products is just you fighting for someone at the shop to take you seriously. Genuinely don’t think I’m comfortable supporting Game at all after this experience. Update: still no contact from Game regarding my return. I called the shop, they put me on hold and then eventually hung up on me. Its just an all round terrible process especially considering that we are paying customers. You’ll have better luck taking your money elsewhere.

Cashiers were not at the tills, supervisors were not available. I stood in the queue to pay for 20 minutes before it started moving again. There is absolutely zero interest in giving their customer a good experience

This game store is quite huge,it is spacious and has enough shopping room In case it gets crowded in the store.The staff is always ready to help and provide immediate convenience to their customers.

Some of the staff seem a bit too nonchalant. This older woman almost ran her trolley into mine and she didn’t so much as flinch or look my way. She just push it past me with so much aggression.

I had one of the worst retail experiences of my life at Game Mall of Africa. I purchased a 75" TCL TV on Saturday, 29 November 2025, and was promised very confidently!!! by the salesperson, David Makanyane, that it would be delivered by Sunday or at the absolute latest Monday, 1 December. That NEVER happened. I called the store every day. I spoke to managers. I tried to get any kind of clear answer or accountability. Instead, I got zero help, vague responses, and no sense that anyone cared about fixing the issue. Today is Thursday, 4 December, and the TV is STILL not delivered. No updates. No guaranteed times. No ownership. Just endless frustration. This has been, in my personal experience, disgusting service, poor management, and completely unreliable customer support. The entire experience felt like dealing with empty promises that were never followed through. If you value your time, your money, or basic customer service, avoid this branch. My experience has been nothing but disappointment and unnecessary stress.
