Always experience friendly service here. They stock a variety of products and it was here that I found the only shampoo that does not make my Jack Russel itch like crazy.

We usually receive great service here. Walked in today and had the opposite experience. No friendly welcome as we would normally receive and no assistance offered. We found what we needed to and proceeded to the till. We greeted the two ladies behind the counter and they blatantly ignored our greeting, not the same two ladies who we've been assisted by before, they are always incredibly helpful. Quite disappointing.

A brilliant store that has all the pet supplies you needs. From food, treats, toys and shampoos, they have it all. The shelves are well stocked and they always have the brand names you're looking for. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This store comes highly recommended!

Vet Deli is a lovely pet shop based in Midway Mews, with a good variety of items and products for a wide range of pets. Very helpful, informative and passionate staff who care for animals. Free open parking in the centre. Conveniently located, easy access.

Love this store! The ladies working here are super helpful and friendly always. They have a large selection of toys and treats and are always well stocked. Definitely my favorite pet store in Midrand.

Got our little doggy done and when we picked him up he was full of loose hair. We had to wash him again when we got home even after we complained and a 2nd attempt to remove the loose hair was done. The lady poililty said he just needs a whipe down. My wife was full of hair. If thats the case we could of have had done it outselves. Honestly. If u dont wanna provide a service, dont. Half hearted efforts r only a reflection of ur pride in ur business. To return a dog full of hair is half hearted. Worse service we ever got with our loved one.

Service is great and what attracts me to Vet Deli is that my pet groomer has also moved there which is a win win all round. They sell everything you need for a pet, from, toys, bedding, pet food in pellets and tins, variety of makes, and a great variety of treats. So if you care for your pets, you can have them groomed at Razzmatazz and buy them a special treat on your way out.
