Dis-Chem Pharmacy Mega City Mall - Mafikeng

I have used needles and expired medicine of which I bought from you... as a responsible citizen I know I cannot just throw them away as general waste. I came to drop them off at your pharmacy and your employees asked me what are they supposed to do with them. So you guys have no social responsibility to accept such waste dispose of it in a safe manner? You want me to throw it in the bin or flush them down the toilet? Your interest is selling things and what happens afterwards is not your problem? So disappointed cos I thought you knew better...

A great addition to our local shopping options. Always a wonderful experience to go and shop here. The staff are very, very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the products and the location thereof in the store. Fritz is a absolute gem. Met him while he still worked at Dischem in Klerksdorp. The dispensary staff are also very nice. Always ready with a little extra friendliness and help about medicine issues.

Thank you Sister Funeka Sethaiso from Dis-chem Mega City Clinic for your care, dedication and kindness. Thank you for your exquisite service. Your compassion has not gone unnoticed.

Great, spacious, clean, one stop shop for all your toiletries and bathroom essentials, snacks and some breakfast essentials, skin care, some electrical appliances and pharmacy. The staff always there to assist in any way possible. Very very convenient. 👌🏽

Sat here for the longest time without being helped time there was no queue and it’s not the first time this happens. The service here is the worst I have ever experienced with the dischem franchise

Poor service at pharmacy. Only one person. You can take an hour on the queue. Don't go there if you are in a hurry. After receipt of complaint by the pharmacy, the Manager Kagiso called. Two days after the call I made a visit there( unannounced) found more staff on the floor. The is a lot of improvement.

Always incredibly long queues at pharmacy. Never enough pharmacists, on multiple occasions. Can queue for over 30 mins for a simple prescription. Would not recommend
