Pick n Pay Mmabatho

This place has the worst service ever. The staff is very slow, like as if we are keeping them company when doing their jobs

Friendly staff very helpful

Always had a brilliant experience, the store is well maintained I appreciate that...

This is a complaint I just came back from pnp megacity & had a bad experience. I was portrayed as a liar. The prices for no name pasta was R15.99 for all( spaghetti, shells & mac) pasta twills was R19.99. I took the shells & when I pay it gives me 19.99, told them its wrong but they ddnt believe me, I went back to get a pack of mac & the price that was displayed on the shells. Still they ddnt believe me, went back with the manager but I was frustrated cause I was told to relax, I lost my cool when the manager asked the packer about the prices & he said it's not possible for the price to be there. I don't like to be treated like I'm stupid, told them to keep their things, I've had it with this shop.

I found the prices to be affordable and the food to be fresh. Additionally, the store offers a wide variety of products, from groceries to household items, ensuring that shoppers have plenty of options to choose from. The staff at PicknPay Mmabatho Shopping Center are known for their friendly and helpful service, which can really enhance the overall shopping experience. The store layout is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need. Plus, they often have special promotions and deals, providing even more value for customers. Overall, it's a reliable and convenient shopping destination!

I would give them a negative star if there was. This shop is BYOT. Bring Your Own Trolley. There’s never trolleys available and then you deal with external packers bullying you. If you have an option, don’t use this shop.

The store is big and spacious eversince it was renovated except the smell of rotten meat from the butchery. Their long boring ques everyday. The store has about 15 tills if not mistaken but you'll find only 6 cashiers on tills. Young stuff is really needed on tills to speed up the lines.
