Pika's Pets Grooming Boutique Midstream

Absolutely awesome! They looked after my baby so well. They gave me what I asked for and the staff is very friendly.

I didn't realise my pomeranian started shedding and bathed her without brushing her first, leaving her with TONS of little matts. I've avoided groomers due to multiple bad experiences but I needed professional help. I got hold of Max who said I could bring her in. I explained what I wanted and asked them to be extra careful with her as she is nervous in general and this was a scary, first experience. The staff at the parlour were super friendly and caring. When she was done I was called to collect her so they wouldn't need to put her in a cage. She looked rather nervous, but no panting or trembling, so good signs that she didn't overheat and wasn't too traumatised. She looked stunning!! All the matts removed without having to shave her precious double coat. She also LOVED the little bag of homemade treats. I would definitely recommend for grooming of sensitive and scared small breeds that need hair cut maintenance, and am almost tempted to take her back next month.

The team from Pika’s pets especially Mobile 1 were fantastic in grooming my very busy 3 German Shepherds! They handled them with such care and they look beautiful. Thank you!

Super friendly and caring. I came from a bad experience with a previous groomer (who cut my furkids toe halfway down causing half of it to die and fall off and then tell me it was already there) and all my concerns were listened to and handled directly by Max and my pup treated with care. They were very good with styling and trimming my Maltese, specifically around the face and ears where previous places have just shaved everything. I took her in matted and dirty after being scared to get her groomed again and she came out happy and looking beautiful. You have full view of everything happening in the back so can watch them working. We were even given a little bag of homemade treats to take home. Would definitely recommend for grooming of sensitive and scared small breeds that need hair cut maintenance, but I also saw a few big dogs go in and come out looking happy too.

Thank you Max and your wonderful staff for taking such great care of my old boy. Scotty might be old, but he still enjoys his bath!

They are brilliant. My dog is always happy to go which speaks volumes! And they always do a great job on him.

My God fur baby went in on Friday, he was not groomed well, nails haven't been cut in months, fur not touched, can bearly see with one eye. Disappointed. I will complain on 23 June. Unacceptable. Mind you this is a Shih Tzu baby.
