After my original experience with the Hermanus office messing up my appointment and the lovely Jennifer, who was extremely polite and helpful on that day in July, I promised to revisit my original 3 star rating if I ever had to go back. I returned in September and once again dealt with Jennifer who assisted me in the same welcoming manner as before. This time I managed to see the vet Hector. What a great vet!!! The way he interacted with the other animals, calling them by their names in the reception area, meant that he cared about them and wanted the best for them. He helped me with my dog Bubbles and I was at ease knowing that she was in safe hands. I will be back for sure. Been looking for a vet with this caring professionalism and found one at the Onrus branch. 5 stars goes to Hector and Jennifer. Thank you for being my new go-to animal hospital! I'm glad I gave you a second chance after that first mishap (which was not this branch's fault I must add).
My boyfriend took our Labrador for a check up. The vet was knowledgeable, friendly and really good with Cooper. We are new to the area and are relieved to have somewhere reliable and caring to take our pets to.
The best vets in the world. I am a huuuuge fan of the onrus hermanus animal hospital. Fabulous, caring staff who go far beyond the extra mile to make sure our fur babies are healthy and well. Thank you so much to Dr hector and Jennifer for all you have done for my many fur children. Xxxx
Had an emergency with my dog - went there at 7:00 to find open sign on the door but no one there. Tried phoning both numbers which went to voicemail. Not impressed with their "24 hour emergency service".
Jennifer was so friendly and helpful. Great service and advice
Sandy best vet ever
