Checkers Phalaborwa

The store itself is well organised but I've got reservations on two parts, which are the food section and the money market section. 1.Regarding the food section I was not happy with the flies control , what I saw was not appetising. 2. As a regular lotto player I've actually decided to stop playing lotto in the store due to the poor service I got in multiple occasions, the impression I got from the cashier's was that nobody was interested if I played lotto or not therefore I'm wasting their time if I play lotto. So to recap- I don't buy food from the deli and I've stopped playing lotto at the money market.

Popped in for about 10 items but almost had to walk the whole place. Very disjointed. For example...There's cool drinks, fizzy drinks in one place but energy drinks in another. Staff were not able to help. Didn't know where items were themselves!! Seriously need training and a revamp

Good. I was looking for veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower, and kale but all were out of stock. Traveled here from Pretoria for a 2-day vacation.

Was here on Sunday, stock levels poor, particularly for meat and bread. Queues were 4-5 deep and little was being done to change that. No baskets and just generally felt like an imitation of checkers with a strange layout as well

I enjoyed shopping and one couldn't spend even five minutes on the cue to shop

Selli fresh foods and caring for the customers

The food was delicious and nutritious and satisfying
