Woolworths Phalaborwa

Last stop before entering Kruger National Park. Although it is very small in comparison to other Woolies Food stores, it packs a punch. It has all the basic necessities you need for your Kruger trip from fresh produce, meats and drinks.

The staff are very friendly, especially the gentlemen working at the meat department on Sunday 4 January 2026. He went out of his way to assist me. When I asked him if he can help me find condensed milk even when he works at the meat (he was busy there) he said "I will assist you anywhere in the shop, I found the shelves were quite empty. Shop is nice and clean.

Have been popping into Woolies Phalaborwa, whenever we are in the Phalaborwa. We stock up on it bits and pieces before we enter Kruger, the groceries section is well stocked and there is not much that needs to be added considering the general area. Thanks Woolies.

Excellent customer service from Lebogang, Evidence, and Desmond. Went out of their way to help us!! Thank you! 🙏

Good people. Best run store I’ve been to in SA.

This is a normal Woolies and very small, maybe it's because of the small town. What disappointed me the most is to buy a fruit cake loaf only to find later that is has expired. This isn't the Woolies standard I know.

The service by the food section was terrible, the only highlight was the man who assisted us by the fitting area and some of the closed were dirty
