Extremely rude and arrogant will never return. I went in for flea and tick treatment for my adult cat. Paid nearly R400 for x3 months worth which I do not mind but seriously make sure that your key for your till is Handy at all times and not off the premises with an unknown staff member. I lost it and wanted to leave my products and have my money back but basically was forced to wait for the staff member who was apparently on break and who had the till key. Please help me understand how you are trading in this manner and ontop of this how your cashier treats their customers. Maybe a workshop for customer service will be beneficial. The manager was very apologetic but I will not spend my money here again. Sorry not sorry
