We would like to thank Dr Pauline, Kerry, Kim , Hanlie for the excellent care they provided when our cat Lucy became ill. We did not think she was going to survive, but after 6 days in icu she pulled through and came home the day before Christmas. Thank you so much for all the love and kindness. Our beloved animal family members cannot be in better hands.

We were absolutely blown away by the care and expertise shown by Dr Schroeder! We visited the practice from out of town when our dog was suddenly injured on holiday. Dr Schroeder was so thorough and gentle with our dog, we were so impressed!

A one-stop shop for all of our cat's needs. Our cat is terrified of the car and even the cat box so it was with great relief that the practice does home visits.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful! Would definitely not recommend going there and trying to deal with her if you have an animal in need of urgent veterinary services.

An extremely friendly place to have your pet treated. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well equiped with a fully stocked vet shop. A complete variety of petfood and specialist veterinary prescription diets are available. Apart from pets they also treat a lot of exotic pets and wildlife.

Friendly staff and always willing to help... Thank you...you are the best!
