The Wag

Hands down the best groomer! The dogs are groomed and treated with so much love and care. They come home looking amazing — honestly like they’re ready for a dog show. What makes The Wag extra special are all the thoughtful little touches. The photos after their groom, the sweet paw-print artwork, and the option for collection and drop-off just make everything that much easier and more personal. We don’t just know they’re in good hands and will be groomed beautifully — we know they’re happy and having fun while they’re there. We’re so lucky to have a groomer like this in Plettenberg Bay.

Best parlour in town. Taking the utmost care with my precious fluffy cat who has anxiety. She loves it there and feels so much happier and lighter after her grooming. I recommend The Wag to anyone who's pet needs a spa day. 🙂

Just took my Fluffy, to The Wag for his 2nd pamper session, and wow—what a tail-wagging experience! The Wag is always welcoming and patient with my nervous pup, turning his visit into a fun adventure. Spotless salon and super efficient. Fluff came home relaxed and looking like a show dog—couldn’t stop nuzzling everyone! He even made some lovely custom art. If you’re in Plett and need a doggie spa day, The Wag is paws-itively the best. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend The Wag highly enough! They took on the challenge of grooming our 3 golden retrievers and did an incredible job. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the breed were truly impressive. They had their hands full for the day, but our dogs absolutely loved the experience, especially all the treats and cuddles they received. They came home looking and feeling amazing. The most amazing service from an incredible human being. I am fostering two kittens from paws and having lost their mom very young and been ill they were mucky…they were just given the most lovely bath and dry at the Wag at 7 weeks. They were given so much love and kindness through the process and came out sparkling clean and soft! Thank you so much♥️
