Very bad service. No one even came to help us into understanding on what we wanted to buy(Laptop) . The worst part they are all off. Better go to MAKRO where they are always ready to help a customer

Had the wost experience at the store we bought a defy 17kg auto washing machine top loader it was the last one on display when we got home plugged it in to use but it wasn't responding the right way,tried returning the machine said we must call the defy people to come check the machine at home for service and what confuses me more is that it did state that its returnable with a 2yrs warranty so my question how can we service some thing that does not even have a month working and it was our first time using it just did not want to wash please assist.

Their service is very bad.. I bought a KIC refrigerator on January 26th this year.. and it broke down early November because of a leaking gas. I went to report the issue on the 7th of November since the fridgehad a warranty. They said they will send a technician to fix the fridge for me, it has been 14 days and nothing happened yet..I've been calling their center every now and then for them to take this matter seriously since am a student and am done with examination, I wanna go home but am still here in Polokwane waiting for the so called Technician to come fix the fridge. Am so disappointed in Game, I never expected such a poor service from them😔

Having to order then collect within unexpected time was lovely.mostly the person( DONALD)who was helping me with my online buy battery 💯/💯

Received good service from Edwina one of the cashiers. She was very welcoming with a pleasant smile ( not people smiling because they have to). She was up selling offering other products which many cashier don't do. And she showed she really cares for the customers as there was an old man that had an issue and it seems like it took sometime for it to be resolved and she showed concern. The store is also neat and well replenished. Best customer service I have received in a long while.

Game Polokwane is top of the class ka cleaniness, customer service is top notch, selling household items, electrical appliances, gardening equipment,DIY Equipment ,car mats and steering wheel covers, groceries and Many more items

Service is so bad the staff is not helpful at all . I went there to buy a fridge. All they did was to leave me there until I decided to go find help elsewhere from someone, the guy kept running around looking for a pen , what kind of establishment is it that has to run around for a pen , he was even sleeping on the job probably drunk. I had to fight with the man he was short n old ...he also started swearing at me I was so annoyed After paying for the fridge they left it at the food the guy who was supposed to take it for me was nowhere to be found . We had to ask the manger to assist us ...Terrible experience staff is so rude I'm not going back there ever again
