Absolute Pets Glen Village

Becareful if you will be coming to Glen Village Absolute Pets Store. I was given a fake R200 note from this store. I went and bought puppy clothes for a cat. Which didnt work out. I went back to return but was told the store currently doesnt have any cash. They offered a Gift card which I will have to use back in their store. Unfortunately I needed cash so that I can try online purchase somewhere else. The lady promised to call whenever she ll be having enough cash which she did. My mistake and regret is not checking the money she gave back cause amongst it was a fake note. I went and used the same money without checking it to get my nails done but was informed late that the 200 note with tape on is fake. I called Absolute Glen Village Absolute immediately and was told the matter will be attended by the Area Manager. No calls from them I until I called and drove to them but now they are on a defend mode. I requested that we should go through the ccv for that day together and zoom in everything. The Area Manager agreed to send the video but instead called defending. I asked why cant we both look at the camera. Your staff is not trained to check notes and now I have to suffer cause you dont want to take it back nor do you want us to go through the videos together. Its just your word against mine. Unfortunately they have been trained to defend their lack of training and poor service than customer service and loyalty. I never got anything from them except the fake R200 note. I regret even setting my foot there and it was my daughter's idea. The way they handled the whole issue was poor to me,and don't bother to think they will take you seriously. You will have to make an effort yourself but dont be so hopeful. You will be met by an Area Manager who is ready to defend and not to understand. Never will I set my foot there and that goes for my family and friends too.

Quality products and such friendly staff! Cinah always asks me how it is going with my cats and all the staff always helps me to pick the right products for my kittens! This is my absolute go to store!
