Their Pet Care Advisor, Karabo made great and affordable recommendations. Our dogs really enjoyed the teeth cleaning tendons and treats purchased.
The absolute BEST pet store in South Africa. Karabo, my favourite, and I know I can’t have favourites, but she has so much love and care for Zeus (my sausage dog and I). I cannot express the love I have for this family. Especially my Karabo❤️🐶😍
Unfortunately their trading hours cannot be trusted. Went there on Sunday at 12h30 - shop closed - although they report they are open until 17h00 according to their profile on GoogleMaps. Best to avoid and go directly to a place that is actually trading during trading hours.
I was not happy with the lady working at this shop during my last visit. I travels about 30km to thus branch just to meet some unpleasantness when I wanted to pay, at the end I left the items and took my money back and left.
Unfortunately they dont stick to trading hours as advertised. I was there on Saturday, only to find this sign up. Waited for 15min, then went and bought what I needed from PnP next door. Seems like they not serious about business.
An absolute joy! A nice variety of goodies and treats. My brats love the boredom busters that they sell there. And the assistants are lovely. The one lady especially is super sweet!
Where at absolute pets today in hillcrest Hatfield, Lerato is such a good sales person thank you for so much help and the friendliness
