Thank you so much to Lethabo ( I hope I got his name right) at the grove mall. He helped me with a query in the most friendly and professional way. Rarely do you find such wonderful staff. Thank you for caring.
Whoever employed these two lovely ladies, should thank their stars. These ladies are saving your branch and reputation, they are fantastic. Thanks for the great service, you will be my new pet shop from now on. Scratch all the previous reviews, they have seriously upped their game.
I called to enquire about a product and Shemmy assisted me so nicely. She went the extra mile. Great service, thank you Shemmy!
I got scammed. Bag of cat food had a 20% off sticker but the lady behind the till didn’t add it and after I looked at the slip I saw the error and informed her but she clearly wasn’t in the mood to refund me so she came up with the classic excuse of I started yesterday.
Got the products I needed
