I’ve visited Animal Junxion Queenswood a few times now, and every visit has been a pleasure. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. This week I went in to buy food for my puppy, which happened to be out of stock. The team took my number and later let me know via WhatsApp as soon as the delivery arrived. Excellent service and great customer care — thank you!

My absolute favourite pet shop! I have never come across such friendly staff, well done! Besides the great service, the shop has a wide variety of products for your animals.
Great service! Staff are very helpful and friendly. Usually find everything I need and if not the staff will let me know when stock will be in.
Animal Junxion staff are absolutely AWESOME AMAZING. Both staff members are very patient and have a wealth of knowledge and are willing to go the extra mike for you as their client! They both gave solid advice which made sense and was given with my pet children and their unique needs taken into account. Thank you! 👌😆
