Aquatic Pets SA

The service received from the time I started the online chat on their website, to the time the installation was done was nothing short of 5* EXCELLENT! Very well priced tanks and accessories and their knowledge and experience is just next level! Stephan is always available to answer questions and doubts. When he gives a time for delivery - he is there. I am super happy with my custom-built 240L fish tank and cupboard and I cannot recommend this company more! Thank you Stephan and Zanele for everything!

I am blown away by the excellent customer service of Aquatic Pets SA! I placed an order recently, which I made a mistake on what I ordered and put too many snails in my cart and also typed my cellphone number wrong into the delivery note and they helped me fix this late on Friday evening and then also updated my order for me to swop my snails for another fish. Everything arrived safely 2 days later, with them booking an overnight courier for me and my aquarium is looking so happy & alive with the addition of the plants, snails & pleco that I ordered 🥰 They even connected me with a person from their team based in Cape Town to come to my house to check on my tank and answer any questions I have. Highly recommend, and will definitely order again.

As a first time buyer, I was skeptical when my order took longer than expected. The plants were not up to their standard, and they were waiting for the supplier. I was informed throughout. It arrived today, and the plants are beautiful. Thank you for excellent service, and going the extra mile

Stephan and his awesome team are the most amazing. Super helpful and kind and informative! Their plant quality is amazing and thru are so keen to help you. They keep you informed along the way! If I could give more stars I absolutely would! I will 100% be back to buy more. Thank you to everyone!

I recently ordered from Aquatic Pets SA, and overall, I was really impressed. The plants arrived quickly and were packed with care — no leaks, no crushed stems, just healthy green plants ready to go straight into the tank. You can tell they take pride in what they send out. They’ve got a great selection too — from easy beginner species to more exotic plants that are hard to find elsewhere in South Africa. The prices are fair for the quality, and the fact that they ship nationwide makes it super convenient. All in all, though, I’d say Aquatic Plants SA is one of the better options in South Africa if you’re serious about aquarium or terrarium plants. Great quality, nice variety, and the plants I got are thriving beautifully in my tank. I’d definitely order again.

The best quality plants ever! If you need aquarium plants, buy them here. The potted plants are fully grown and mature. I really did not anticipate this quality. Well done. Delivery took longer than expected, but it was worth the wait tenfold

The place was smaller than I expected, but don’t let that fool you they had everything listed online. The fish were clearly well cared for, the plants were gorgeous, and they even had proper soil and aquascaping supplies. Super friendly staff too. Hands down one of the best
