Elarduspark Pet Shop And Dog Parlor

Exciting petshop in Elarduspark, very friendly staff with a variety a pet goodies and foods, cats, dogs, fish and birds. They have a small semi open cage for birds to roam around a bit. Little bit more expensive than the average petshop. You get great service and a variety of products in one store. Grooming is also available here

Happy animals with caring shop keepers. It's the 3rd little budgie that I bought here, and he's happy health and young. It shows caring attitudes towards animals. Great prices for food and consumables too.

PLEASE READ ANYONE THINKING ON BRING THEIR PET HERE !!!! Never have I been so disappointed and disrespected .I had to take my dog to the vet because of ingrown hairs forming from being cut way to short and infection started from their tools not being clean I was told then that I'm wrong and my vet is wrong that it only happens long term .They didn't cut my dog the the style I asked for either ,they instead just shaved off all his hair and very patchy . I was told by the so called owner upon asking for a refund so I can pay the vet bill ,of the parlour that my claim is false and then had fingers thrown in my face and was very aggressive .DO NOT BRING ANY ANAMIL HERE, you will regret it and they will do nothing for you as a customer when they do done wrong . The dogs are put in very small cages where they cant even sit up straight ...When fetching my dog he was very unhappy and not himself. Please don't make the mistake I did by reading the few good reviews there is .

I've had my dogs cut here before, not the best quality but for the price I was satisfied. Today I took just one, when I collected and paid was blown away with the same price I normally pay for all my dogs... When I went back to query I was told yes because my cocker spaniel is a large dog. Sure thing, never seeing me again. Now I understand the other complaints.

I have been bring my dogs here for years the service is very good and the groomers handle the dogs with care. When I ask for a certain type of cut I get that cut. If I add in a bit of detail for how I want my dog to look they follow the instructions and give me what I want done to my dogs. My dogs always come out looking lovely. They are very friendly and caring towards the animals.

Myself and the Furr babies are always treated with a warm welcome and excellent service. They provide a pickup and drop off service for when you don't have the time to bring your pet through for a grooming session.

I have tried other parlours in the area, but Elarduspark pet parlour is the best. All 4 of my dogs get groomed at the parlour and my past dogs were also groomed here. They always trim the dogs exactly as i ask and i have never had any issues with skin problems or fleas. My dogs look foward to their monthly groom. The owner and staff are always very helpful and go out of their way to help.
