3 star rating because the staff are knowledgeable, but the store was out of stock of the only thing I went to get, so a tad disappointed.
Staff is not good. They are put a parrot in cage in winter. I can see parrot bird is filling cold every one can see but
It's 13:21, already closed, what happened with 16:00
Friendly and most helpful personnel. I specifically refer to the customer service that I received from Lebogang on 11 April 2024. I had to exchange the jersey that I bought for my doggy as the one that I initially bought was too small. She was just a delight and went the extra mile to find a suitable jersey. Lebogang keep up the good work and never loose your sparkling personality. You do Petzone proud. Regards LindaB
The most disabled persons parking I have ever seen. Thank you to the owners & center management! Lovely new shop, well stocked with great range. Friendly staff...still a bit shy :-).
Nice and big shop, staff doen not know theyre products very well. But good service though.
Good and friendly service. I buy my dogs food there. Keep up the good work.
