Great service and good prices. Large variety of food, accessories and toys for your pets. JB
Had a problem with a bag of dog food and was promptly attended to by the store manager! Great items, Pricing and service! A 5 stars from me to Mrs R on her excellent customer service!
Pathetic service. Got there for a lamp for our bearded dragon. We saw there was only 1 and opened it and saw that the lamp was broken on the inside of the bulb (wires werent connected). We went to the front and the lady was watching videos on her phone. I asked her if she has more and she said "no". I asked if she can check with other shops and she named all the shops which are very far away except gateway. We were then told their phones arent working. I phoned the gateway petzone and the gentleman on the phone seemed reluctant to assist me. He didnt even know what I was talking about. I had to shout the barcode through the phone because he couldnt hear me. This is not the first time we had poor service from Petzone. Would not recommend.
Really helpful and early in the morning too!
You will never see me again Just remember without customers you do not have a business!!! If I could I would give you 0 star ratings x 100!
