The Queen Pet Shop - Clubview

Good range, friendly service and good prices. Have pets, must visit!

The ladies were very helpful but the gentelman didn't pay any attention to upholding the reputation of the shop. He was standing behind the till counter busy on his phone. Not greeting and not even offering assistance to the lady whom was taking out my fish. I'm petty but one would expect more professionalism. Once again thank you to the ladies kindness. The gentleman should perhaps undergo a attitude adjustment.

I stopped here because my usual petshop has new staff who didn't want to help me. I buy frozen white mice for my snakes, and for the first time in years my usual petshop refused to divide a bag that had mixed colour mice in them into two (so that I don't end up having to buy lots of mice I can't use). Then I saw this shop and decided to see if they have frozen mice as well (even though they are smaller and I actually doubted they will). I was pleasantly surprised! It was very clean and had a lovely personal atmosphere. The friendly lady who assisted me then showed me their bag of mice, and asked me: "How many would you like?" Wow! I will always support a petshop like this, and refer everyone else with pets here.

Couldn't be bothered to ever go back to this Queen petshop. Couldn't complain about service cause there was none. Shocking especially down the fish aisle.

I got this beautiful betta fish and four tetra fish here, nice selection at affordable prices.

I won't recommend this shop. There is ALWAYS a problem with stock. (Nutribite/Hills) The female manager should learn how to be professional. PLEASE don't call your customers "my love". I will definitely not come and support this shop again.

Such awesome, friendly people that work there. And they are knowledgeable and always willing to take their time in helping you. I've been there a few times and I have decided to use them for all my pet supplies.
