The Queen Pet Shop - Gezina Galleries

Poor rabbits kept in a tiny cage all day to be on display. Rabbits need lot of space and should not be sold. So many rabbits up for adoption because they get bought and owners get bored and dump them. Please think twice before buying a rabbit... look up a rescue center and do your homework!!

Rude staff that act like they're doing you a favour by selling you anything. Useless too.

Super friendly and well priced. Support them gladly.

The employees in this shop must be trained about customer service. One of the employee was talking bad about another customer. Saying the other customer armpit smells. The lady who is working in that store is rude! I was buying fish and she was not interested to assist me. I even asked her what is wrong as she looked so irritated to help me. 🙄 Customer service training urgently needed in this store.

Been in this specific shop on 8 different occasions every time there was dead fish floating around in the tanks would not recommend any one to buy fish there

Very good quality aquariums with very healthy and vibrant fish. Aqua plants are also really nicely maintained at decent prices. Fish are also nicely priced. Really Recommend for first time fish keepers.

Brilliant Pet Shop in this day and age where Pet Shops seem to be a thing of the past. The staff are helpful, the species stocked are brilliant, the accessories are well thought out. Well worth visiting.
