Absolute Pets Ferndale on Republic

Best shop ever to buy things for my cat and bunnies. They're really affordable and the staff are just always super friendly and helpful. This is my go to place for my fur babies and you always get helped with a smile. You all rock!

Great service and Great selection on items for our pets, Thank you for the great service and helpful advice Daniel.

Store says it open until 19h00 but when I was there at 17h40 on 5th March it was closed.

The service my kids and I received at Ferndale Absolute Pets was incredibly professional, insightful, friendly and Noni really committed to guiding us on what would be needed for our new addition to our family. She was super knowledgeable about what we needed and continued to go beyond the call of duty to assist us. A huge shout out to Noni , you are a seasoned professional and the passion you have for your work is incredibly infectious. Thank you so much Noni.

Best pet shop ever! Noni goes out of her way to make sure my dogs have the correct food. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to understand your pets needs! Also love the variety the shop stocks.

Absolute Pets Ferndale on Republic is the ONLY Absolute Pets branch I will ever visit again. The staff in this store are amazing, friendly and so knowledgable. A special mention to Noni, who is just one of the most amazing retail people I have come across. She knows our dog's by name and even just passing by her in the general shopping mall, will always ask how they are doing! Our older girl, Pepper, was struggling on her old diet and Noni recommended Lokuno Senior and ever since then, Pepper has been thriving - Noni then suggested Dermodog shampoo for Pepper to help with her dry skin and again, it worked wonders. Always a pleasure, to the point where we often just stop by to say hello, because we know that Noni will just brighten your day. Keep it up and even more so, elevate Noni to a higher position. She is a true asset to Absolute Pets.

Philip is hands down the most helpful and knowledgable service representative I have dealt with at a pet store. Not only was he able to help me with making a new, healthier food choice for my cat, but his attention to detail for her new tag and collar was great. I will go out of my way to come back to this branch for his service. Thank you, Philip!
