28.02.2026 The lady who helped me today was professional, helpful, had so many great tips. I love this store. Thank you for your assistance
Absolute best!! I called just before closing time as I had picked up a stray kitten and needed food for it. Sihle called me straight back and was the kindest helping hand. Today I went back and Sihle and another awesome gent (I'm so sorry I didn't get name) helped me again with such great care. They are really wonderful people!!! Thank you so much guys!!! You are the best!
The level of customer service received by Phillip completely blew my mind. He went out of his way to contact other AP stores and ultimately source the food I needed from their warehouse. All other AP stores simply told me they don't have stock with no attempt at helping me to find what I needed. I used to frequent the Verdi and Parktown Quarter branches but will certainly be supporting this branch going forward.
The ladies at this store were super friendly and helpful, jumping to help me when I entered the store. They greeted me, helped me with what I needed and promptly rang my items up while suggesting some other products (I bought some really cute doggy cupcakes for the Rugby World Cup). Nice service and cool shop!
A great shop! Excellent customer service and great specials! Thank you!
