Customer Reviews
McMac Pet SA has a rating of 4.8 out of 5 based on over 17 reviews on Google
My review is abit late but I had to make sure these good people get their credit they deserve. I've been ordering from McMac Pet from as long as I can remember. What drew me in was their amazing prices, always the cheapest compared to any store or online platform. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. And I mean everyone! From accounts personnel to managers to warehouse staff everyone truly deserves to be recognized. Their service delivery without doubt is the best you will ever receive, this is talking from experience when I placed an order late for my cats food the staff handling my order was efficient in ensuring my order was processed ASAP as my cat eats a specific brand due to allergies. A special thanks to Carisha Potgieter who went out of her way to get me special box for my kitties to enjoy. Your passion and helpfulness have not gone unnoticed! You truly are a special and caring person!
Absolutely blown away by the service. Our two cats love the cranberry crisps. We ordered some of the wet food and they are devouring it. Just tried the sample pack of pellets. Wow, two vacuum cleaners in action
Amazing service I've received! Free next day delivery and great prices on all their items. My second time ordering from them and it definitely will not be my last!
Both my cats love the Cranberry crisps (tuna or chicken ~ haven't tried other flavours yet) and the chicken wet food.
Excellent service and products. Special thanks to Dane, for being so helpful. Much appreciated
Absolutely amazing service, really friendly, helpful and caring to their human and pet customers.
Efficient and friendly service as always! I dealt with Tanya van Geest who was a true ambassador for the company.
