Pets@14Th

Petzone 14th Avenue is not a bad pet store at all. They have all sorts from cat, dog, fish and bird food/accesories. The store is clean, of a decent size, and well lit. The only room for improvement is pricing, and staff friendliness, which I have experienced as very friendly, and he exact opposite depending on the staff on duty.

I visit the centre quite often and never went into petzone before. Today I decided to go have a look and I am super happy I did! Their prices are excellent, specials running on dog treats and an additional discount with your Checkers card! I will definately be going back!

Never have stock, always same story. We are getting stock today or tomorrow. You get there.... Still nothing. 2 weeks later, still the same story. Trying to phone them.... Calls end.... Coupons they give are expired.

This pet food store is well stocked and has just about every type of dog and cat food. They also sell pets toys and bedding. You can find bird seed there as well. The staff are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. Their prices are competitive.

Very friendly attentive staff. Happy to answer all your questions and find what you need. Great specials throughout the shop so definitely do a walk arround

Cant get hold of them, there number is not woorking, phoned several times without luck

Nothing towards this particular store, my review is actually towards the online store side. Ordered online for the first time and I got the wrong thing. Ordered a Blue Food Dispensing Bowl, and got a Pink Water Dispensing bowl... and of course can't get a hold of anyone to rectify the matter. Also not allowed to exchange it at my nearest store, tried it.
