What an amazing experience!! The staff are quite simply amazing and went over and beyond to try and find another dog bed for me. Kudus to the the two ladies that helped me. Our labrador is totally in love with her new bed!

Out of all the Petshop Science stores that I've been to, this one tops the list in terms of customer service, product availability and in-store presentation. The staff are always eager to assist are quite knowledgeable with the products and services offered by Petshop Science.
Really great variety of pet foods, accessories and lovely, helpful and informed staff. Specials always on offer and can use your Xtra Savings card too.
Phoned the store before going to make sure they had stock of the product we were looking for. Arrived an hour later and were told no stock of that product at this branch?
