Lack of communication skills, knowledge about products very limited. Felt as if I was on the line with SARS. Disappointed, product listen on website are not even allocated on their instore systems. Poor..
Very nice Store had a great experience and fun looking at all the products. staff could be a bit more interactive with the customers though. but beautiful products for your pets and a wide range.
Look for this guy... Peter, he works there. Absolute gem that one. He might supercede all expections, Walk in and ask for his mind...he will gladly help as best as he can. I know him Because I am him 😁
