Absolute Pets Broadacres Shopping Centre

Broadacres staff are absolutely fantastic at their job. Knowledge on the products is above average and customer service gets a five star rating from me. Thanks guys

Amazing customer service! Visited the pet store for the first time as a new pet owner on Saturday and was welcomed by a young gentleman named Junior who was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Made the whole experience easy......will definitely be back!

I buy my dog food and dog toys here monthly and I always receive the BEST service from Malebo! She’s always smiling, friendly and willing to assist with anything! Thanks Malebo!!

I was at the store just before 6 pm today to buy dog food but the shop door was closed. The white assistant said closed and as I walked away the other assistant came out to say that I can come in. She said with a smile that she cannot turn a customer and a sale away. She was so NICE! Well done. I wish I knew her name. The white assistant on the other hand was clearly irritated that she allowed me in and she made me feel so unwelcomed. Please send her for customer service training!

Not impressed. Still talking to the Assistant when she turns to shout something to one of her friends passing by outside the store. How rude. Was 16 Nov just before 11am - can't be too difficult to find out who was on duty. Uncouth, I shant return.

I was at the store on Friday, 8 June and had such a bad experience. The assistants were not helpful at all. Think I'll go to another store to get my dogs food. Spent over 3k and I'm a regular, will just go to the store down the road, the service is way better. Personally I'd not recommend this store.

Katlego was very helpful and she’s funny!
