SUPERSPAR Euro

We do not come into town very often, but stop at Euro almost very time we do. Seven years ago the staff was very friendly and efficient. Nowadays one has the impression that the overall attitude has drastically changed for the worse. Especially compared to Fourways. One often has to hunt around for assistance and most of the cashiers just seem tired. We almost always buy Florentina cookies, but lately find that it is very oily and does not taste the same. Maybe the chef needs motivation?

I was at your store today for the black Friday specials. When I enquired about the washing powder I was told by 3 people (2 supervisors) that they don't have stock and they are not sure when they'll receive stock. The one supervisor said that they were sold out at 8h00 already. I was standing with other customers who were also waiting for the same product and the one lady laughed and said that she was there at 8h05 and there was no stock. I left and went back to the store about 45 minutes later. I found another customer that had 2 bags of the washing powder. She said that they brought out some stock about 30 minutes before I got back. We waited for a while before the liquid soap was brought out. I asked the spar employee if they have the washing powder in stock and she said no. I took a walk to the veg section and to my surprise the same employee I asked about the washing powder comes from the store room with a trolley with 6 bags of washing powder. It is totally unacceptable that Spar advertised products and then they don't have stock or lie to the customer and say they don't know when the stock is coming when in fact there is stock but they bring out a certain amount of product.

My go-to place if I need a sweet fix, or just about any other fix I might need. They have an obsene variety of baked goods, fresh produce and hot foods available. If you have to sample each of their sweet baked goods it will take you a while to get through everything and everything is delicious. 🍩🍰🎂 And another big plus is that it seems most of the time at least 80% of the cash registers are occupied, which means queues are kept at a minimum. #areyoulistiningpnp

It was my first time but I got a huge surprise what a beautiful Spar super clean staff is very friendly and helpful I stay in Rothdene but will go to Euro Spar my new best friend.

Service is good,rating based on service. However bad taste is they often don't have stock on products they advertised on promotion.

Got there at 1 minute to 8 and they refused to help me. This coming from a shop that I buy from every single day, what a disgrace!
