The customer service needs more training and need to know that customer comes first.

No place to park cashiers leave us on the line goto lunch

They have really great specials, good value for money especially cleaning and household detergents.

The Vitagen Adult dog food 8kg is on special for R169,99 and is clearly marked as such on the promotional sticker in-store & newspaper adverts however, when scanned at the till, you are charged full price #ConsumerProtectionAct. When I raised this with the store manager, he behaved as though I did not know what I was talking about, and he was talking to me with a toothpick in his mouth. There is no etiquette at all, no respect for customers & the merchandisers make so much noise when packing the shelves. They were beating the packs of mealie meal as they lay them on the palette display, and the music was loud unnecessarily. The till slip clearly states, "Never pay more than the boxer price"... Pay very close attention to detail when you are in this store.

Friendly and helpfull staff and prices are very reasonable

Please align customer service to the ladies at the deli.... Next to the exit... Rude and unprofessional.... And never at their work station... Please do something...
