atFrits Dog Hotel & Daycare Centre

Rufus absolutely loves AtFrits! He is such a nervous dog, and suffers from a bit of separation anxiety. He shakes in the car not knowing where he's going, and he avoids most dog places, but he runs into the AtFrits building without any problems and with the biggest smile on his face. It's always such a pleasure traveling for business, and knowing my doggo is safe and in the most capable care. The daily reports are an added bonus that puts my mind at ease. Rufus and I truely thank everyone at AtFrits!

Always a good experience when I do my doggie grooming for Lexi and Lorenzo.The only place I would take them too. Memory and Nikiwe are exceptional at their jobs!!! Always a pleasure taking my dogs to them 🙂

We have been taking our dogs to atFrits for nearly 9 years! We truly appreciate Yanic and her team and all that they have done over these years. We know that our fur-babies are loved and well looked after whenever we leave them there. We recently had an incident where our dog hurt her paw and we were overseas and Yanic and her team assisted with everything from vet visits and caring for our baby until we got back with constant updates. Highly recommend Yanic and her Team, they do amazing work and make every fur-baby feel welcome and loved!

5 stars is far too little for Frits. Yanic and her team went above and beyond for Obi for two years. Immigrating and leaving them was the hardest decision. Obi has been loved and taken care of so deeply, he was genuinely upset to leave. From all the sleepovers, graduation days, Petflix viewings - the team thought about every little detail. They helped my husband propose to me by making sure Obi was groomed and carried the ‘Will you marry me?’ Message in his collar. They made sure he was looking smart for our wedding and they made special arrangements for us to drop him off after the ceremony. We got Valentines cards from other pups, we got graduation photos and gifts. The list is ENDLESS! Frits was the best choice we made for our dog. Their annual subscription is affordable and you get so much more than you pay for. To the team, we miss you and love you all very much. Thanks again for going above and beyond for our boy!

Grateful is an understatement. I’ve been in Germany for work and my two dachshund boys have been boarding at Frits for a month now. Yanic and the team are warm, attentive, and highly professional. I can check in 24/7 via cameras, I receive daily detailed reports plus a portrait, and they’re always reachable on WhatsApp for any questions or concerns. Playgroups are matched by size/weight—often with fellow dachshunds—so they’re relaxed and visibly happy. Leaving them was stressful, but Frits has given me complete peace of mind. I have been a client for 3 years now and I simply could not recommend them enough to any pet parent in Cape Town!

I have tried a few dog care centres but none are as AMAZING as atfrits! My Spaniel has been going to atfrits for years now and I will never move her. This place is the BEST! Yanic and her team have become like family to my dog and to me. They have helped me out on various occasions just showing how they go beyond excellent service, they love and truly care for your animals. A truly remarkable dog care centre. I have been a client since 2020 with my dachshund as well as my sister's Jack Russels until 2023 when we moved out of the area. However, 2 weeks ago after more than 2 years I took my dachshund for day care. I was once again so happy. The care and service is better than before - Yanic and her team has grown from strength to strength. My daschshund also had IVD Surgery 8 weeks prior and I left strict instructions which they followed. He was also tagged with a ribbon which means NO STAIRS! Years ago I could not fault them and I still can't now. Benji will now come back for regulat day care even if it means driving all the way to town. THANK YOU TEAM
