Shirley took great care of our angel, Pounce, while we were in Egypt for 2 weeks. There was constant communication via WhatsApp - Shirley sent us photos and videos of Pounce every day. We could see that Pounce was extremely happy with Shirley, all curled up on her lap, so we knew Pounce was in good hands and we were able to fully enjoy our time away. Shirley also kept our apartment neat and tidy - it was so nice coming back to a clean home. Shirley did an awesome job, we couldn’t recommend her enough!

My partner and I went to Egypt for 2 weeks and we were really worried about not having anyone to look after our cat, Pounce, but we are so grateful we met Shirley! Shirley took such great care of Pouncey; she sent us pictures and videos every day, kept us updated constantly and gave her so much love! We have so many pictures of Pouncey all comfortably curled up on Shirley’s lap. Shirley kept our place tidy so we had a clean home to come back to, and even accepted delivery for us while we were away. I love that they organised a home visit beforehand so I could show and explain everything to them. They communicate so well with you and their quote/booking process is quick and effortless. We only needed them to check in and feed our cat in the morning but they still went the extra mile to drop our keys at our complex's security, turn off our kitchen light and clean her litterbox perfectly. I will definitely use their services again. They are so thoughtful, caring and efficient at what they do, even if you have a timid, elusive pet like our kitty. 😊🐈‍⬛
