Bow-Wow Doggy Daycare & Sleep-over Centre

Thank you Bowhaus for taking special care of my Shiba Inu puppy, Yoshiko. You've put all my fears to rest of leaving her with anybody else. She loved playing with Shanti and came home absolutely knackered. I found the facilities clean, spacious and secure with lots of gates to keep my pooch inside and I had no problem finding parking when collecting her- big plus in my book. I noticed that they do use the proper cleaning products (F10) what your vet would use to clean the daycare. LOVED THIS! I have a Shiba Inu puppy and they are not for the feint hearted. She is currently in her screaming phase and Claire could give me solid advice about training. Thank you to Claire and Kenny for their caring nature and allowing my special fur-kid to just be herself. I will definitely bring her for a bath/ grooming before show as well.

Great communication and friendly staff! Staff is amazing front of store and the groomer as well. Get both my yorkies cut here regularly. Nails. Trim hair. Hygiene cut and wash!

Bow-wow and the team there are absolutely amazing, they actually care for your Fur babies and they truly love what they do. My Boi absolutely loves it there, He gets so excited when I tell him we going to school.

We have been with Bow-Wow Doggy Daycare for almost a year now, and we honestly have nothing bad to report or comment. The genuine love the staff has for all the dogs coming through their door, is not just amazing but encouraging. The staff really treat your dog as their own. The staff are also ready to give tips and advice when asked. Oh and let me not forget about the Adventure walks being offered, oh my goodness, I honestly believe that Frankie has explored and knows the Cape Town better than I do.. Thank you so much Claire for looking after my fur child. This is the best doggy hotel by far! BowHaus helped us last minute for a place to stay for our boy! Amazing rates and fantastic service! We were sent updates all the time with regards to our boy and how much fun he was having. Our boy has a slight problem with other dogs but after a couple of days he was fine!, all thanks to Claire and her wonderful staff that work there. They put in a little bit more time with Cairo and showed us that he is perfect. Thanks to BowHaus for everything, you now have a client for life! All-round absolutely amazing! The team and staff and so helpful and knowledgeable about so many different breeds and animal behaviors. The space is welcoming, clean and comfortable. Having access to the staff at any time of the day, is a great add! We can check in and get videos and photos when requested! My puppy runs to the car every morning when I ask her "do you want to go to school?" LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Katja and her team at Bow Wow are the best in the business and we could not be happier that we finally found a doggy day care that we trust. We have a very anxious dog around people but the team were very patient in gaining her trust and respecting that she is not a dog that will jump on their laps, but giving her love and care from a far. They are also more focused on the dogs, enrichment activities and professional carers than trying to be a "hip" doggy day care. The facilities are also clean and in good condition. Could not recommend them enough!
