Mary Puppins Doggy Daycare & Hotel, Pet Sitting & Pet Boarding

We started sending our puppy, Ollie, to Mary Puppins Doggy Daycare when he was about five months old. Since we both work remotely from home, we wanted him to spend time socialising with other dogs instead of being stuck at home with us all day. At first he was a little nervous, but the carers were incredible and took such care helping him feel comfortable and settle in. We especially appreciate how they separate the big dogs from the small dogs, which means Ollie is very happy in the "Smallies" group. What started as a nervous drop off quickly turned into excitement. Now he literally runs into the arms of the carers when we arrive. He loves the mountain walks and the beautiful ranch in Hout Bay where he gets to run around with all his friends. He always comes home happy and completely exhausted. Sending Ollie to Mary Puppins was one of the best decisions we’ve made for him.

I can’t say enough good things about Mary Puppins Dog Daycare. The facilities are spotless, the team is professional and kind, and communication is always great. They make every effort to keep the dogs happy, social, and stimulated. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is cared for by people who truly love what they do.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! You can see the love in my fur baby's eyes. If you want to leave your pup in the best hands possible and have COMPLETE peace of mind, it has to be Mary Puppins! My little girl literally starts jumping up and down in the car when we get close and runs and jumps into Savannah's arms 🥹 and every day I pick up a smiley, happy, tired girl from a great day of play, walks and lots of belly rubs. Mary Puppins has been the best addition to ours and our pups lives. They are so attentive, compassionate and just all around great people. They’re so knowledgeable with the needs of the dogs they take care of, they send photo updates throughout the day and will answer any question or concern you have quickly and with care. We also board with them weekly and our guy is always excited when we drop him off. Each member of their staff is lovely to interact with. I can’t recommend them enough. Your dog will be in the best hands.

Gallagher absolutely loves going to Mary Puppins Doggy Daycare! He gets so excited when we pull up, and it's clear he has a blast playing with his furry friends. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and I love knowing he's getting plenty of exercise with walks in the mountain or forest. Highly recommend Mary Puppins to any dog owner looking for a safe, fun, and loving environment for their fur baby.

My pup went for his trial day at Mary Puppins Doggy Day Care and had the best time. The team is incredibly kind and it’s clear they genuinely want the best for every dog in their care. Mary Puppins has fast become one of my dog’s favourite places. It feels like dropping off an excited child for a day at play-school. She cannot wait to go in and runs into daycare faster than I can run with her. The team at MP is an incredibly hard working bunch of people, dedicated to their jobs of looking after our fur kids with such love and passion. The daily updates and videos I get put my mind at ease knowing my dog is well cared for and having such a wonderful time. I can see in the videos that she is loving life and having fun and that makes me so happy. MP is a safe place that you can trust your beloved dogs with. I highly recommend this doggy daycare and I’m so grateful for them.
