Honestly disappointed with this store. Staff are great and try help but it's basically just a dog shop. I get that you're reading the demographic of the area but come on. Even the cat branded shelf at the back has some bird, hamster items squeezed onto it. The cat food offering is sad, prices are misplaced or missing; just not sure what the intention is here.

After notifying the floor staff and the manager a month ago about misleading price labels on the shelf, I went back today and it still has not been fixed. These mistakes happen, but if they are identified and not rectified, it shows a lack of care for your customers. That's just disappointing.

Good selection, but I was given a 3 tablet box of anti flea pills - and only 1 in there. R200 overcharge!

Hi there I went in to get flea treatment for my puppy and was sold the the wrong treatment I also asked if I could give my puppy calmeze and what the dosage for a 2.2 kg dog would be I was told a half a tablet twice a day well that is incorrect my puppy was very sick from overdose. I called the vet who said it was 1/4 tablet once a day and to use a puppy flea treatment not a small dog treatment luckily I did not put it on her. Got my other dog of 6kgs they gave me the wrong treatment as well they gave me treatment for a 10 - 20 kg dog. This is dangerous, if your staff do not have knowledge then please do not let them advise, all the staff should have pet medical knowledge. I will be returning the incorrect products today.
