Thank you Pooch for taking such good care of Benson! Would definitely bring him back and recommend Pooch to any dog owner! We received regular updates of Benson having the time of his life playing with friends, getting cuddles and sleeping snuggly! We picked him up in perfectly healthy condition after a 2 week stay. I'm sure he's already looking forward to his next visit! Thanks to the entire team, you made it as easy as possible for us to enjoy our time without him, knowing he's in the best care and well loved!

I can’t say enough good things about Pooch! They took exceptional care of my dog, Piper, during her stay. From the moment I dropped her off, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive to her needs. Piper was kept calm and happy with their consistent positive interactions. The facility is clean, spacious, and designed to keep the dogs comfortable and engaged. I received regular updates with photos, which showed Piper playing and relaxed—a testament to how well they maintain a stress-free environment. I’m beyond impressed with their care and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend to any dog owner looking for peace of mind.

Happy pug, happy (dog)mom!! Pooch is like no other daycare/boarding facility I’ve ever experienced. It’s incredible that they do an assessment with the dogs before the can attend or stay over to ensure they don’t affect the group environment. Everyone who works at Pooch truly love the dogs and it shows. I was concerned that my dog is more of a lap dog and prefers human attention more than doggy attention (and didn’t enjoy other daycares previously) but he loved it at Pooch. He got treated with so much love (and willing laps to sit on). I also appreciated the constant videos and pictures showing the fun time he was having. Thank you Pooch- our new spot of choice for when we are away and need to leave Wall-E in a trusted, safe and lovely environment.

Our dog spent a weekend at Pooch recently, his first weekend at a doggy daycare. He is quite scared of strangers but the staff at Pooch were incredible and he looked right at home there in no time. We got a constant stream of photos and updates from the Pooch team which so we could see what our pup was up to at all times. Could not recommend them more!

Amazing doggy hotel! Our Harvey boy was so well looked after and we were given peace of mind with constant updates of how he was doing. They go above and beyond at Pooch to make sure your doggie is stimulated and given all the love.

Pooch looked after our dog so well and sent us regular updates, pics and videos. It’s a lovely space for the dogs to play, comfy sleeping arrangements and expert dog handlers.

Cannot praise "the Poochers" highly enough. From our day of assessment, where every new doggy is assessed for temperament & suitability, to Elly's actual sleepover, one feels the deep love and care Jarryd, Erich, Mac D, Nadine and all staff have for one's floof and indeed canines in general. The premises are spotless and park-like, lots of comfort and shade provided and the attentiveness of the doggy-carers is truly next-level. I was given lots of updates, videos and little news reports as to progress and comfort levels, all very re-assuring and instilling confidence in the human who has left her beloved wee pooch to board for the weekend. The kindness, canine expertise and care at Pooch is phenomenal. Thank you all for your excellence, it is so appreciated.
