All the Staff are friendly and always accomodating to us for Kate, especially when we call last minute. She has slight separation anxiety but seems to forget about us once she's upstairs in the doggy day care. They're quick to respond to any questions I may have and when they send video or pics, my mind is more at ease as I worry about her. Thank you to ALL THE STAFF who cares for Kate and shows her love and Affection. We really appreciate all that you do.

We boarded our little Reggie for 5 nights with Superwoof and what a great experience! We were nervous about leaving our guy for the first time and the team were so kind and answered all our questions quickly and with such care. He definitely had a good time, and was happy and tired out when we fetched him. We loved getting the daily videos and pictures. He even had cupcakes! Thank you for everything guys!!

Bandit doesn't like to be separated from me. He always needs to have sight of me at least. I was therefore concerned about how he'd do at daycare. But I needn't have worried. Superwoof is his safe place, and he LOVES going. His ears perk up as soon as we stop at the front door, and he runs inside without even looking back. He's happy when he arrives, and I swear he leaves smiling from all the fun he had. I highly recommend Superwoof Dog Hotel & Daycare to any pet owner.

Both my Border Collies love going to daycare. At first only my younger, more dog-social collie attended, but recently we sent our senior collie too. He is more people-social than dog-social which is why we didn’t send him before, but we were pleasantly surprised to discover how he came out of his shell and played around other dogs while at SUPERWOOF. Both of our babies get very excited when we tell them they’re going to "school" and while waiting in the car for one of the SUPERWOOF team members to collect them, they have their eyes trained on the entrance to the building (that typical border collie stare). When I collect them in the evening they are goofy-happy and once we’re home they crash 😅 Everyone on the SUPERWOOF team is incredible. They are all friendly, helpful and doting on all the doggos. I receive photos and videos of my pups having fun during the day and updates about their grooming etc when required. Booking is so simple and their rates are reasonable. We couldn’t be happier with the amazing service SUPERWOOF provides. Thank you for making our dogs so happy! 😃

We absolutely LOVE SuperWoof! We take our beagle Daisy weekly and we also have her stay overnight when we go away. She loves it! Staff are incredible and we couldn't be happier! We have just gotten another Beagle Mugello who is 7 weeks old and we cannot wait until she is 3 months so she can also go to SuperWoof.

Our dog absolutely loves going to daycare at Superwoof. It’s honestly one of the highlights of her week. The moment she realises it’s daycare morning, she is so excited to go she doesn't even want to eat her breakfast. She comes home exhausted after a full day of playing with all her furry friends and has the best dreams at night. The Superwoof team is incredible, especially when it comes to longer stays. They are always so responsive and thoughtful, sending daily pupdates and photos that really put our minds at ease. It makes such a difference knowing exactly how your fur baby is doing when you’re not there. She also stayed at the Superwoof hotel over the December holidays and had a wonderful time. There was a small incident during her stay – through absolutely no fault of Superwoof – and what stood out most was how professionally and compassionately the team handled it. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I felt supported and reassured, even though I was far away.

Superwoof is amazing! Kennedy made so many Yorkie friends, felt comfortable indoors and played nonstop. I loved getting video updates and seeing how happy he was. They really care for Yorkies and sensitive dogs, unlike other places that can be a bit harsh. Kennedy honestly loves Superwoof!
