The Tortoise Shell Fancy Cat Cottages

We booked our fur babies into Tortoise Shell Fancy Cat Cottages for two nights due to us moving. What an amazing cattery! The cottages for the cats are very clean and neat, so spacious, well thought out and equipped for all your kitties' needs. Theresa, the host, is also very welcoming and communicated with us throughout our babies stay with them. They also have cameras in the cottages so that you can check on your kitties whenever you like. I can highly recommend Tortoise Shell Fancy Cat Cottages as you can be sure that your cats will be safe and well looked after.

Theresa was so amazing with my two fur babies! They were so well taken care of they did not miss me at all. I could check in on them on the pet cam, but it wasn’t even necessary as Theresa kept me updated with videos everyday. The rooms are well equipped to keep the kitties entertained and Theresa goes the extra mile to give them attention and love. I’m so glad to have found a place where I can leave my cats with an absolute peace of mind.

I recently left my cat with Theresa at The Tortoise Shell Cat Hotel for 10 days while I was completely off grid. It was my cat’s first time in a cat hotel, so I wasn’t sure how she would adjust, but she was clearly in excellent hands. When I came back online, I found daily updates and videos from Theresa that showed just how much personal attention and care my little Zaza received. So incredibly grateful. We were so happy with our cats’ stay at The Tortoise Shell! Theresa was super friendly and clearly loves animals. Our cats looked so relaxed and well cared for the whole time. The best part was the cameras – we could check in anytime and see them lounging and playing, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. The place is clean, cozy, and really well run. My kitty was booked into the Tortoise Shell for 2 nights and it was a relief to know that I was leaving her in the capable and caring hands of Theresa who has a passion for working with fur babies. Theresa was understanding of my cat's special diet, monitored her food-intake and bowel movements, attempted to play with her even though my cat is not super approachable, and sent me regular updates on how she's doing. She even had a camera set up in the cottage so I could check in on my cat via my phone. 10/10, would recommend!

Lovely experience! It was the first time our fur babies stayed away from home and we were all very nervous. They were treated with a lot of love and patience. Eventually they were comfortable and enjoyed all the sun naps and bird watching. It gave me a lot of reassurance to be able to watch them on the webcams set up in each cottage. Thank you Theresa!
