Pets Travel - Durban

All I should say is that Pets Travel are the best company we've ever had handle our wolves. 7 Pets Travel Durban, I've known Peter Badam for a number years, I own a wolf sanctuary in the Freestates and on a number of occasions Peter has come to our rescue and transported animals for us, I contacted Peter about needing help to get thee wolves from Grabou (WP) I gave Peter's number to them,I left it with the people helping, next thing I hear that Peter has contacted them and arranged everything, he will have a vehicle that will go and collect the wolves with crates and that Cameron and Peter will share the driving and travel straight through to us so not too stress the wolves out, they collected the wolves at 0500 and arrived at the sanctuary at 2130 in excellent condition, a huge thanks too Peter Badam and Pets travel, I would recommend them without hesitentation, they really do care for the animals which means everything to me. I'm totally shocked this review only got two stars, in a world where poor service has become the norm, Peter Badam the owner took it upon himself to see that this whole operation were entered smoothly, he kept us posted the whole way, Peter stood in the pouring rain to mofednitor the off loading of our three wolves and to see how they'd traveled, after sixteen hours in crates they came out immeendiately started running around exploring their new home, the Pets Travel team were on hand the whole time incase any complications arose, in most cases your beloved pet is left on their own through the whole journey, we were constantly fed information about how had settled down, that they were sleeping and then during the trip given some dried meat too chew on.

A Huge Thank You to Pet Travel and Camilla’s Team! We are truly grateful to Camilla and the entire Pet Travel team for the outstanding service and care they provided in reuniting us with our beloved fur babies, Fox and Patches. From the sunny South Coast of KZN all the way to the UK, their journey was handled with professionalism, compassion, and attention to every detail. Camilla’s communication was reassuring throughout, and the team’s dedication gave us complete peace of mind. It’s clear they treat every pet as if they were their own. Seeing Fox and Patches arrive safely and happily was an emotional moment we’ll never forget. Thank you for going above and beyond your work means the world to families like ours. We wholeheartedly recommend Pet Travel to anyone needing trusted hands for their pet’s journey. With sincere appreciation, Johan Charmaine and of course Fox and Patches

Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Camilla was very competent and helpful and made the process very smooth. I was extremely impressed by her work ethic and dedication to helping my pets fly over from South Africa to the US, and it was also very clear that she loves animals and took good care of them while they were in her care. Would recommend very highly

Super happy with the service from Pets Travel! I recently needed to transport my new puppy from Durban to Joburg, and they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From the moment I reached out, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my puppy's well-being. Plus, they provided updates throughout the journey, which was awesome! When my little one arrived, she was happy and healthy, clearly well cared for during the trip. I can't thank Pets Travel enough for their professionalism and dedication. I can highly recommend them to anyone needing to transport their furry babies, they treated my pup like family. 🐾
