I recently took my two beloved Persian cats to The Royal Pet Parlour for a much-needed grooming session, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, they were warm, welcoming, and professional. They clearly have a passion for cats and a deep understanding of their needs. The grooming process was gentle, thorough, and tailored to my cats' specific requirements. The owner took the time to carefully brush out their beautiful long coats, removing tangles and mats with ease. The nail trim, ear cleaning, and bathing were all done with precision and care. What truly impressed me, however, was the owners ability to connect with my cats. They seemed to sense their unique personalities and adjusted their approach accordingly. My usually anxious cat was calm and relaxed in their presence, while my playful cat was entertained and engaged throughout the process. The end result was two stunningly groomed cats who looked and felt amazing.
Royal Pet Parlour gave my cat a wonderful grooming experience! The owner/staff was friendly, professional, and took great care of my pet. She came back looking fresh, clean, and happy. Highly recommend their services!
Rahmah did a house visit to groom my 2 bunnies and 1 cat. She was patient and very knowledgeable. My cat gave her a hard time but she was super patient and calm with him. I would definitely recommend the royal pet parlour ☆☆☆☆☆
